近年来为了满足用户需要和提高经济效益,国内外都在研究生产低铝75%硅铁。据报道,一些铁合金厂家用兰炭部分代替或全部代替冶金焦冶炼75%硅铁,既能获得低铝产品,又能降低单位电耗,我厂在气煤焦试验的基础上吸取兄弟厂家的经验,搭用兰炭代替部分气煤焦,取得了一些成效,这在国内还属首次。 1.试验条件 1.1 原料为含SiO_298.06%、AL_2O_30.49%,粒度为25~70mm的硅石以及含铁大于95%的钢屑。所用焦炭其技术条件见表1所列。
