目的 :研究自制1~5μm的白蛋白磁性药物微球的体内外磁响应性能。方法 :用自制的闭合磁场进行体外试验。用放射性同位素131I标记示踪进行动物体内试验 ,研究24和48小时ECT显像及脏器的γ计数。结果 :在生理盐水中该微球的截留率取决于管径、流速和磁场强度 ,最大体外截留率可达98 % ;在外磁场作用下该微球能在颈部很好定位。该微球在肝脏有部分积聚。结论 :该微球在体内外具有良好的磁响应性 ,而该直径微球本身就具有较好的肝靶向性
OBJECTIVE: To study the in vitro and in vivo magnetic response of albumin-loaded magnetic drug microspheres (1 ~ 5μm). Methods: In vitro self-made magnetic field test. In vivo experiments in animals were performed with a radioisotope 131 I labeled tracer to study ECT imaging at 24 and 48 hours and gamma counts of organs. Results: The retention rate of microspheres in saline solution was dependent on the diameter, flow rate and magnetic field strength. The maximum in vitro rejection rate was 98%. Under external magnetic field, the microspheres could well locate in the neck. The microspheres partially accumulate in the liver. Conclusion: The microspheres have good magnetic responsiveness in vivo and in vitro, and the microspheres themselves have good liver targeting
