黑龙江省龙江县农机所研制的J—7型手动加油泵,是专为中、小型拖拉机加油而设计制造的,1985年通过了齐齐哈尔市级鉴定。该泵具有结构小巧、性能可靠、操作方便、加油洁净、节约能源、成本低廉等许多特点,受到了用户的普遍欢迎。加油泵主要由主管(吸油管)、拉杆、活塞、出油管、逆止阀、下阀和油桶盖等部分组成,结构参见下图(除去桶盖部分)。油泵重仅1.3公斤,可固定在桶盖上。驾驶员一人操作即可,不需搬动油桶,只要上下往复提动手柄便可泵油了。每分钟可泵油5—7公斤,小型拖拉机加油一次仅需两分钟,中型拖拉机
The J-7 manually-operated refueling pump developed by Longjiang County Agricultural Machinery Institute of Heilongjiang Province was designed and manufactured for the refueling of medium- and small-sized tractors. In 1985, it passed the qualification of Qiqihar City. The pump has many features such as compact structure, reliable performance, convenient operation, clean fueling, energy saving, low cost and so on, and it has been generally welcomed by users. The refueling pump is mainly composed of a main pipe (suction pipe), a pull rod, a piston, an oil outlet pipe, a check valve, a lower valve and an oil drum cover. The structure is shown in the figure below (except the lid of the drum). The pump weighs only 1.3 kg and can be fastened to the lid. The driver can operate one person without having to move the oil drums, so long as the handle is lifted up and down, the oil can be pumped.
