当前,煤矿企业面临着需求放缓、产能过剩、市场下行、举步维艰的新常态。严肃认真做好发展党员工作,建设一支信念坚定、素质优良、纪律严明、作用突出的党员队伍,对于煤矿企业攻坚克难、抵御“寒流”具有十分重要的意义。本文从标准、培养、程序、纪律四个方面阐述了煤矿企业提高发展党员质量的思路和对策。 At present, the coal mining enterprises are facing the new normal of slowing down of demand, overcapacity, market downturn and struggling. Seriously and conscientiously do a good job in developing the work of Party members and building a contingent of Party members with firm convictions, excellent qualifications, strict discipline and outstanding functions are of great significance to the coal mine enterprises in tackling tough problems and resisting cold currents.
