“入世”五年以来,我国服务贸易发展迅速,面对服务贸易自由化不断加强的国际趋势,我国应该找准自己在GATS法律体制中的定位,积极参与新一轮的WTO服务贸易谈判,以争取更加有利的服务贸易发展环境。
