我厂生产的“双狗”牌弹子门锁在市场上曾享有一定的信誉。但是,这几年来我厂却在市场竞争中败下阵来,成了亏损户。分析造成亏损的原因,一是产品长期由商业部门统包统销,厂内不设销售科,市场一发生变化,商业部门大幅度削减要货量,产品就严重积压;二是我厂忽视新产品的开发,基本上只生产一种型号的弹子门锁;三是企业管理落后,浪费严重,产品成本居高不下。针对上述原因,我厂一面抓新产品开发,一面加强内部管理工作,依
The “Double Dog” brand marble door lock produced by our factory has enjoyed a certain reputation in the market. However, over the past few years our factory has lost in the market competition and has become a loss-making household. Analysis of the causes of losses: First, the products have been covered by the commercial sector for a long period of time, the sales department has not been set up in the factory, and the market has undergone changes. The commercial sector has drastically reduced the volume of requests and the product has been seriously understocked. Second, our factory has neglected new products. The development, basically only produces one type of marble door lock; Third, business management is backward, serious waste, high product cost. In view of the above reasons, our factory has been focusing on new product development and strengthening internal management.
