手机不喷雾是高速涡轮牙钻机最常见的故障之一。通常表现为手机车针旋转正常并有空气流喷出,但无冷却水雾喷出。若手机在不喷雾时工作会给病人带来痛苦(车针与牙面摩擦产生的热量得不到冷却),同时轴承在高温下旋转也将缩短手机轴承的使用寿命。根据检修经验得知产生手机不喷雾的原因较多,主要有:手机上的喷雾孔堵塞、手机线的塑料管扭结、手机线出水孔脏堵、压水器裂纹漏气、压水器底部的单向阀带滞、储水桶无水、手机尾部调节螺丝未打开等等原因。在工作实践中笔者总结出检修此故障应采取先易后难,由内向外的检修方法步骤。 1.首先打开主机后盖,观察储水桶内盛水是否用
