目的探讨在临床护理工作中应用人性化护理管理的效果。方法本次研究选取医院收治的120例患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院先后顺序进行分组,其中对照组患者给予常规护理干预,研究组患者给予人性化护理管理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组护理质量评分和护理满意度均明显高于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理工作中应用人性化护理管理,有助于提高护理质量,改善护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of applying humanized nursing management in clinical nursing. Methods In this study, 120 patients admitted to the hospital were selected as the research subjects. Patients were divided into groups according to the order of their admission. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions. The patients in the study group were given humane nursing care. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized nursing management in clinical nursing helps to improve the nursing quality and improve the nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
