问题学生的思想教育及转化是班主任班级工作的重难点。历来班主任都采取“动之以情,晓之以理”的方法做学生的思想教育工作。但在新形势下,却收效甚微。基于心理学的角度,就如何建立良好的师生信任关系和怎样学会倾听两个方面,探索问题的根源,就如何打开学生的心扉,走进学生内心,探索班级工作中学生的思想教育及转化工作进行初步探讨。
