小流域综合治理开发受到多种条件的制约，其中资金不足是普遍存在的问题。运用优化排序模型，对苏南地区某一典型丘陵区小流域的若干工程建设方案的实施在规划期内作出了合理安排，探讨了合理使用有限资金、确保工程顺利实施的有效途径。 Comprehensive management of small watersheds is subject to a variety of conditions, of which under-funding is a ubiquitous problem. By using the optimized ranking model, some reasonable arrangements were made during the planning period to implement a number of construction projects in small watersheds in a typical hilly area in the southern part of Jiangsu Province. The effective ways of using the limited funds reasonably and ensuring the smooth implementation of the project were discussed.
