自然资源是经济增长中的重要投入要素之一,但大多数研究表明,自然资源在不同地区不同时间段,却起着不同的作用。文章使用31个省份的面板数据进行分析,发现自然资源整体上会促进我国的经济增长,但不同地区存在差异:自然资源对西部地区来说是促进经济增长的重要力量,且存在拐点,对东部、中部、东北地区有着显著的负面影响。并实证分析了造成这种差异的原因,得出了不同地区自然资源对经济增长的影响机制,提出了相关的政策建议。
Natural resources are one of the most important inputs in economic growth. However, most studies show that natural resources play different roles in different time zones of different regions. Using panel data from 31 provinces, the paper finds that natural resources as a whole will promote China’s economic growth, but there are differences in different regions. Natural resources are an important force for economic growth in the western region, and there is a turning point. To the east , The central and northeastern regions have a significant negative impact. The paper also empirically analyzes the reasons for the differences and draws the conclusion that the natural resources in different regions have an impact on the economic growth and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
