本文采用TBA荧光法测定了伯氏疟原虫感染小鼠后不同时期小鼠血清中丙二醛的含量,结果表明小鼠血清丙二醛含量呈直线升高,并与原虫血症和贫血程度密切相关。提示脂质过氧化反应增强.可能是导致鼠体内溶血及其他病理损伤的原因之一,也可能在介导对疟原虫的氧化杀伤中起部分作用。
The content of malondialdehyde in the serum of mice infected with Plasmodium berghei at different times was determined by TBA fluorescence method. The results showed that the serum malondialdehyde content in mice increased linearly and was closely related to protozoaemia and anemia. Related.
