近年来,随着临床超微病理的逐渐开展,石蜡切片、半薄切片、超薄切片即三级切片的对照比较,有效地提高了临床光镜下难以确诊的病例,从而引起了临床病理工作者的重视。石蜡切片快速转制超薄切片即可用临床常规石蜡固定的组织蜡块制做超薄切片,又减少了新鲜组织制作电镜标本步骤繁杂,等待时间较长等过程,用快速脱蜡的方法于透射电镜观察,这一方法国内很少报道,本文采用的方法简便,时间短,有利于科研,临床病理诊断研究。1 材料来源标本为我院病理科常规石蜡包
