目的采用HPLC测定复方甘草酸苷片中甘草酸单铵的溶出度。方法采用Kromasil 100A C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以2%的醋酸-乙腈(65:35)为流动相;检测波长为254nm;流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果甘草酸单铵在80~800μg·mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.74%,RSD为0.9%。结论该法简便可靠,精密度高,分离度好,可用于复方甘草酸苷片的溶出度测定。
Objective To determine the dissolution of mono glycyrrhizic acid in compound glycyrrhizin tablets by HPLC. Methods Kromasil 100A C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with 2% acetic acid-acetonitrile (65:35) as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min -1. Results The linearity of monoammonium glycyrrhizinate was in the range of 80-800μg · mL-1 (r = 0.9999). The average recovery was 98.74% and the RSD was 0.9%. Conclusion The method is simple and reliable, high precision, good resolution, and can be used for the determination of dissolution of compound glycyrrhizin tablets.
