2011年1月,浙江省政府公布了《浙江省文化产业发展规划(2010—2015)》(以下简称《规划》)。这是全国第一个省级文化产业专项规划,也是我省首个由省政府颁布实施的文化产业规划。《规划》全面阐述了我省文化产业发展的基础条件和发展趋势,对我省未来五年文化产业发展的总体要求和目标、总体布局和发展重点、主要举措和实施保障作出了全面部署,必将对我省文化产业发展产生深远影响。
In January 2011, the Zhejiang provincial government announced “Zhejiang Cultural Industry Development Plan (2010-2015)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”). This is the first provincial-level cultural industry planning, is also the province’s first provincial government promulgated and implemented cultural industry planning. The Plan comprehensively expounds the basic conditions and development trends for the development of cultural industries in our province and makes overall arrangements for the general requirements and goals, overall layout and development priorities, major measures and implementation guarantee for the development of cultural industries in our province in the next five years. Will have a profound impact on the development of cultural industries in our province.
