本文结合笔者参加江苏省“两课”评比活动的体验与感悟,阐述对中职德育教师职业素养修炼三重境界的认识:一是传经入道的“经师”;二是授业精道的“能师”;三是解惑悟道的“人师”。从经师、能师到人师,是中职德育教师职业人格素养修炼由外到内、由低到高逐步发展和境界提升的根本路径,也是中职教师赢得职业幸福的一种方式与智慧。
