研究了高铁赤泥煤基直接还原中铁晶粒成核及晶核长大动力学.结果表明,可采用Avrami-Erdeyev模型描述赤泥煤基直接还原中铁晶粒成核及晶核长大动力学.用反应活性好且挥发份适量的煤还原赤泥时,铁晶粒成核及晶核长大速率均较大;催化剂具有促进铁晶粒成核及晶核长大速率之作用,且对于铁晶粒成核而言,温度效应稍大于催化剂的催化作用,而对于铁晶核长大而言,则催化作用大于温度效应.
The nucleation and nucleation kinetics of iron nuclei during the direct reduction of high-speed railway red-mud-based coal-based coal were studied. The results show that the Avrami-Erdeyev model can be used to describe the nucleation and nuclei kinetics of iron nuclei in red-mud-based direct reduction. The results showed that the nucleation rate and nucleation rate of iron were both larger when the red mud was reused with good reactivity and the proper amount of volatile coal. The catalyst had the function of promoting the nucleation of iron grains and the growth rate of nuclei. In terms of grain nucleation, the temperature effect is slightly greater than that of the catalyst, whereas for the growth of iron nuclei, the catalytic effect is greater than the temperature effect.
