In April 2010, the market strengthened supervision, Goldman Sachs was sued and the impact of the European sovereign debt crisis overlap, the trend of the stock market in Europe, America and Japan split. The A-share market performed the worst under the influence of the new housing market and tightening expectations. ICBC realized net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company of RMB41.5bn, an increase of 18% over the same period of last year.
