In the newly planned financial district of King Abdullah in Riyadh, Wilkinson Ayr Architects presented a unique architectural scheme in a bidding for the Tadawul Saudi Arabian Stock Exchange building, a metaphor for a long history Arabian culture and contemporary technological economy and culture. This 48-storey 200m high-carbon eco-friendly office tower, part of the new financial district, will give the city of Riyadh a superior office environment of 145,000 m2.
