每项新技术的推出和发展与应用密切相关,而每项新技术的应用,对于应用新技术的单位和决策者都是一项挑战。如果不被用户采用,则新技术的价值不能得到体现。在第二届中国电子信息创新技术年会上,主办方公布了2006年十大技术创新应用项目。这十大创新应用项目基于以下因素来考察:一是项目的规模,包括用户的数量和接入点的数量;二是创新的程度,创新主要指新技术应用对业务本身的创新;三是应用的效益,包括社会效益、经济效益以及在整个行业内推广的潜力。十大技术创新项目具体如下。
