介绍了陕西渭河煤化工集团地下水预脱盐系统工艺流程,调试遵循的程序,调试运行过程中出现的工艺及设备问题。针对反渗透系统进水电导、进水SDI、进水余氯及ORP、保安过滤器等对系统有直接影响的问题进行了分析与探讨,并提出了相应对策。 The process flow of pre-desalination system of groundwater in Shaanxi Weihe Coal Chemical Industry Group, the procedure followed by commissioning and the process and equipment problems in the process of commissioning and operation were introduced. In view of the problems that the direct current of the reverse osmosis system, such as water conductance, water intake SDI, residual chlorine and ORP, security filter and so on, have been analyzed and discussed, and corresponding countermeasures have been put forward.
