采用 TEM和 XRD研究了 T1 2高碳钢深冷处理过程中组织结构的变化。结果表明 ,残余奥氏体部分转变为马氏体 ,微细碳化物将在马氏体孪晶带及位错线处析出 ,碳化物类型为 η-Fe2 C。延长深冷处理时间将有利于碳化物的析出
TEM and XRD were used to study the microstructure changes of T1 2 high carbon steel during cryogenic treatment. The results show that the retained austenite partially transforms to martensite, and the fine carbides will precipitate at the martensite twins and dislocation lines with the carbide type of η-Fe2 C. Extending the cryogenic treatment time will favor the precipitation of carbides
