对矿井提升机进行可靠地控制是煤矿安全生产的关键,利用基于混沌优化算法的模糊PID控制对其进行控制是非常有效的手段。分析了矿井提升机控制系统的主要任务,研究了混沌优化的机理,设计了混沌优化算法的流程,同时分析了基于混沌优化算法的模糊PID控制器。最后进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明基于混沌优化算法的控制技术具有较好的鲁棒性。
It is very important to control the mine hoist reliably in coal mine safety production. It is a very effective method to control the mine hoist by fuzzy PID control based on chaos optimization algorithm. The main tasks of mine hoist control system are analyzed. The mechanism of chaos optimization is studied. The flow of chaos optimization algorithm is designed. At the same time, the fuzzy PID controller based on chaos optimization algorithm is analyzed. Finally, the simulation analysis is carried out. The simulation results show that the control technique based on chaos optimization algorithm has better robustness.
