麦饭石是一种含有多种微量元素的侵入岩或次火山岩的风化物,具有多种生物活性。已有的研究表明,麦饭石能吸附病菌及有毒重金属,可溶出多种矿物质及微量元素,还能调节水溶液pH,放出溶解氧,具有抗衰老,抗缺氧增强免疫力的作用。在植物扦插繁殖中,由于嫩梢组织幼嫩,容易感染病菌,如覆盖薄膜,也常发生缺氧死苗现象,严重影响成活率,为了探讨苎麻嫩梢扦插繁殖的新方法,我们于1991年用麦饭石浸泡苎麻嫩梢,取得了良好的效果。结果如下:
