根据1,000例骨髓穿刺活检及近二年来采用H.E.、姬姆萨、网状纤维、胶原纤维、PAS及铁反应6种染色后的工作体会,对一些基本病变的观察作了分析和探讨.共讨论了10个问题:如造血组织与脂肪组织的比例、粒细胞与红细胞的比例、造血细胞成熟过程、浆细胞含量、巨核细胞含量、骨髓水肿与出血、网状纤维的变化、胶原纤维的变化、骨小梁变化及骨髓中贮存铁的观察等,并对其中某些内容提出了自己镜检的常规标准.
