本文从液压节能观点出发,对车辆上的举升机构建立数学模型,采用正多面体法选取最佳的几何参数,以确定最合理的机构尺寸,从而提高工效,降低成本。并能产生明显的经济效益。本文所提供的数学模型和优化方法可为同类或相近工作装置的优化设计提供参考。
From the viewpoint of hydraulic energy-saving, this article establishes a mathematical model for the lifting mechanism on the vehicle and adopts a regular polyhedron method to select the best geometric parameters to determine the most reasonable mechanism size, thereby improving work efficiency and reducing costs. And can produce significant economic benefits. The mathematical models and optimization methods provided in this paper can provide reference for the optimal design of the same or similar working devices.
