以槲皮素为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,马来松香丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂,采用水溶液悬浮聚合法合成含松香基的槲皮素分子印迹聚合物(Qu-MIP)。研究了Qu-MIP对槲皮素的吸附、解吸平衡条件及其吸附动力学,得到最佳静态吸附条件为:温度30℃,振荡频率100 r/min,吸附平衡时间3 h;相同温度和振荡频率下的最佳平衡解吸条件为:解吸液V(甲醇)∶V(冰醋酸)=1∶9溶液,解吸时间30 min。并对Qu-MIP的特异性吸附性能以及其选择分离性进行了研究。结果表明,Qu-MIP对槲皮素分子具有良好的选择吸附性能。
Quercetin-based quercetin molecularly imprinted polymer (Qu-MIP) was synthesized by aqueous suspension polymerization using quercetin as a template, acrylamide as a functional monomer and maleated rosin as a cross-linking agent. . The adsorption and desorption equilibrium conditions and adsorption kinetics of quercetin by Qu-MIP were studied.
