目的:建立HPLC法测定抗感灵片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量。方法:Hypersil ODS2 C18色谱柱(250 mm×4．6 mm,5μm);甲醇-水(15:85)为流动相;检测波长为249nm;流速:1．0 ml·min-1。结果:对乙酰氨基酚在0．07-0．65μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98．7％,RSD为1．2％。结论:本方法快速、准确,可用于抗感灵片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of acetaminophen in Kangeling tablets. METHODS: Hypersil ODS2 C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water (15:85). The detection wavelength was 249 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1. Results: Paracetamol had a good linearity in the range of 0.07-0.65 μg with an average recovery of 98.7% and a RSD of 1.2%. Conclusion: The method is rapid and accurate and can be used for the determination of acetaminophen in Kangeling Tablets.
