基于神光Ⅱ激光装置,利用第九路激光与金属靶Pd作用产生了能谱在2.9~3.6keV的X射线源,其转换效率达到8%。通过多角度带通XRD测量其发射角分布,其分布满足cos1/3θ的规律。研究结果表明,Pd X射线源具有高亮度以及能点适中的特性,可以应用于惯性约束聚变、天体物理等前沿科学研究。
Based on the SG II laser device, the X-ray source with the energy spectrum of 2.9-3.6 keV was produced by using the ninth laser and the metal target Pd, and the conversion efficiency reached 8%. The emission angle distribution was measured by multi-angle band-pass XRD and its distribution was found to satisfy the law of cos1 / 3θ. The results show that the Pd X-ray source has the characteristics of high brightness and moderate energy point, and can be applied to frontier scientific research such as inertial confinement fusion and astrophysics.
