目的 :评价 Nd:YGA激光治疗人工晶体前膜的疗效。方法 :应用 Nd:YGA激光切除或切开 98例 13 6眼人工晶体前膜 ,同时对混浊的晶体后囊予以切开。结果 :98例 13 6眼治疗后患者视力均有不同程度的提高 ,患者术前、术后视力统计学差异显著 ( P<0 .0 0 1)。除 7例 13眼伴有慢性葡萄膜炎的患者需定期切除人工晶体前膜外 ,其余大部分患者均获得了长期而稳定的疗效。结论 :Nd:YGA激光是治疗人工晶体前膜安全而有效的方法。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of Nd: YAG laser in the treatment of IOL. Methods: Nd: YAG laser was used to excise or incise 98 cases of 13 6 eyes of anterior lens, meanwhile the cloudy posterior capsule was incised. Results: The visual acuity was improved in 98 patients (136 eyes) after treatment. The preoperative and postoperative visual acuity was significantly different (P0.01). Except 7 cases of 13 patients with chronic uveitis who underwent regular removal of the anterior lens capsule, most of the other patients received long-term and stable results. Conclusion: Nd: YAG laser is a safe and effective method for the treatment of IOL.
