档案信息系统作为现代社会信息系统中的重要组成部分,与人们社会生活息息相关。档案信息系统管理不仅包括对档案信息的管理,还包括对档案信息所依赖的软硬件系统的管理。目前,档案信息系统的建设正处于起步阶段,应对灾难的备份措施还不到位,一旦遇到各类天灾人祸,将对整个档案信息系统造成致命打击,严重威胁档案信息的安全。
Archives information system as an important part of modern social information system, and people’s social life are closely related. File information system management includes not only the management of the file information, but also the management of the hardware and software systems on which the file information depends. At present, the construction of file information system is in its infancy, and the backup measures to deal with the disaster are not yet in place. In the event of various natural and man-made disasters, it will cause a fatal blow to the entire file information system and threaten the safety of archival information.
