通过对回族社区居民的信息需求行为调查分析,了解居民信息行为的偏好程度,发现居民利用社区图书馆的动力主要来源于心理需求、情感需求、社会需求等。结合居民信息需求行为,提出将回族社区图书馆各种载体的资源按不同内容层次予以组织,能够更有效地发挥现有资源的作用,提升图书馆的管理与服务水平,从而推进回族社区图书馆的持续发展。
Through the investigation and analysis of the information needs behavior of the residents in the Hui community, we can know the preference of residents’ behavior and found that the motivation of residents to use the community library mainly comes from the psychological needs, emotional needs and social needs. Combined with the information needs behavior of residents, it is proposed that the resources of various carriers of Hui community library should be organized according to different content levels, which can play a more effective role of existing resources and improve the management and service level of libraries, so as to promote the community library of Hui community The sustainable development.
