目的比较酸性氧化电位水、含氯消毒片、75%乙醇三种消毒方法对湿化瓶消毒的效果。方法将使用后的90件湿化瓶手工清洗后,随机分成三组,分别采用三种方法消毒,监测消毒效果。结果三种消毒方法消毒后湿化瓶合格率均为100%。结论各级医院应根据自身规模大小及综合情况,选择不同的消毒方法,中小型医疗机构以消毒片较为适宜。
Objective To compare the effects of three kinds of disinfection methods, acidic oxidizing potential water, chlorine disinfection tablets and 75% ethanol, on disinfection of wet bottles. Methods After the use of 90 wet bottle hand-washing, were randomly divided into three groups were disinfected using three methods to monitor disinfection. Results Three types of disinfection sterilization bottles pass rate of 100%. Conclusion All levels of hospitals should choose different disinfection methods according to their size and comprehensiveness, and it is more suitable for small and medium-sized medical institutions to use disinfectant tablets.
