目的:研究椎管内节段性动脉的来源及分布的解剖特点,为防止椎管内手术或麻醉伤及脊髓营养动脉提供解剖学数据。方法:15具成人标本,切开椎管后壁,在手术显微镜下和X线造影片上观察椎管内节段性营养动脉的来源,在脊神经节、脊神经前后根、脊髓表面的分布及其与脊神经节的位置关系。并对节段性营养动脉的外径和长度等作了测量。结果:15具标本共解剖出节段性动脉724支,颈段162支,胸段454支,腰段100支,骶段8支,节段性营养动脉穿硬膜至蛛网膜下腔内共有222支,外径都在0.6mm以上。节段性营养动脉分布脊髓136支,外径均在0.2mm以上。结论:所观测的椎管内节段性营养动脉解剖数据为防止临床椎管手术或椎管内麻醉损伤脊髓动脉提供了解剖学资料。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anatomic features of the origin and distribution of segmental arteries in the spinal canal and to provide anatomical data to prevent spinal cord arteries from injury due to spinal canal surgery or anesthesia. METHODS: Fifteen adult specimens were dissected and the posterior wall of the spinal canal was dissected. The origin of the segmental nourishing artery in the spinal canal was observed under a surgical microscope and X-ray film. The distribution of the segments in the spinal ganglia, anteroposterior and spinal roots And the location of the spinal ganglion. Measurements were made on the outer diameter and length of segmental nourishing artery. Results: A total of 724 specimens of segmental arteries were dissected out from 15 specimens. There were 162 cervical segments, 454 thoracic segments, 100 lumbar segments and 8 sacral segments. The segmental vegetative arteries penetrated into the subarachnoid space 222, the outer diameter of 0.6mm or more. Segmental nutrition artery distribution of the spinal cord 136, the outer diameter of 0.2mm or more. CONCLUSIONS: The observed segmental nutritional artery anatomy data provide anatomic data to prevent spinal cord injury or spinal cord injury in spinal canal surgery.
