甜龙竹为云南优质特产笋用竹。其笋体大、质脆、香甜可口,据分析,每1009鲜笋中含糖4.059,蛋白质2.78g;谷氨酸含量高达3.7%(干重比),比常规竹笋高53%。我们根据多年研究和实践经验,总结出了一套较为系统的甜龙竹高产高效栽培措施,指导营造了30多hm2的省级样板基地,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Sweet dragon bamboo shoots for Yunnan high-quality specialty products. The bamboo shoots are big and crisp, sweet and delicious. According to the analysis, the sugar content is 4.059 and the protein is 2.78g per 1009 fresh bamboo shoots; the content of glutamic acid is as high as 3.7% (dry weight ratio) %. Based on many years of research and practical experience, we have summarized a set of more systematic cultivation measures of high yield and high efficiency of sweet dragon and bamboo, guided the construction of a provincial model base of more than 30 hm2, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
