多年来,社会和教育政策阻碍了特殊儿童教育的发展。但经历了过去几十年之后,研究、教育实践和特殊教育中的价值观还是发生了非常明显的变化。充分利用好音乐教育的有利条件,使美妙的音乐在特殊教育领域中发挥出更多的优势作用。特殊教育的不断完善,音乐教育的不断发展将会给特殊儿童带来更多的精神及生活上的改变。本文笔者以弱智儿童为典型阐述了作为特殊儿童的音乐教育方法。
Over the years, social and educational policies have impeded the development of special child education. But over the past few decades, very significant changes have taken place in the values of research, educational practices and special education. Make full use of the favorable conditions for music education so that wonderful music can play more advantageous role in special education. Continuous improvement of special education and continuous development of music education will bring more spiritual and life-changing changes to special children. In this paper, the mentally handicapped children as a typical example described as a special children’s music education methods.
