目的调查济南市某外商独资汽车零部件制造企业职业病危害现状,分析其职业卫生管理中存在的问题并提出解决方案。方法采用职业卫生现场调查和职业卫生检测方法。结果该企业工作场所中粉尘合格率为48.1%,噪声合格率为46.15%。结论该汽车零件制造企业主要职业病危害因素为噪声和粉尘,应设置合理有效的职业卫生防护设施,加强职业卫生管理,以减少职业病的发生。
Objective To investigate the status quo of occupational diseases in a wholly foreign-owned auto parts manufacturing enterprise in Jinan and analyze the problems existing in occupational health management and propose solutions. Methods Occupational health field survey and occupational health testing methods were used. Results The qualified rate of dust in the workplace was 48.1% and the noise passing rate was 46.15%. Conclusion The main risk factors of occupational diseases in this auto parts manufacturing enterprise are noise and dust. Proper and effective occupational health protection facilities should be set up to strengthen occupational health management so as to reduce occupational diseases.
