冀中能源邢台矿业集团经过多年的实践,探索出一条具有邢矿特色的“四同时”管理模式,即项目建设与市场开发同时进行、项目建设与节能环保同时实施、项目建设与职工培训同时组织、项目建设与科技进步同时谋划。通过运用科学的项目管理方式,运用系统的观点、方法和理论,对项目涉及的全部工作进行有效管理,规范了项目管理,提高了建设水平。
