各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅(局)、各经济计划单列市卫生局、各口岸药品检验所: 最近,国家医药管理局、国家计划委员会以国药联计字(91)第178号联合发出“关于进一步加强对药品进口审查和计划管理的通知”(下称通知),并于今年7月1日起执行。该“通知”与《药品管理法》及现行的管理规定严重不符,为避免造成政出多门的现象,促进进口药品监督管理工作健康发展,并维护我国在药品管理上的声誉,特此重申,进口药品要严格执行《药品管理法》及《进口药品管理办法》
