我局于2007年3月26日核发拆许字[2007]第3号房屋拆迁许可证,并以穗房拆字[2007]3号房屋拆迁公告予以公布。现根据《城市房屋拆迁管理条例》的有关规定,同意拆迁人的延期拆迁申请,核发延拆许字[2015]第6号房屋拆迁许可证。现将房屋拆迁许可证的内容和有关事项公布如下:一、建设项目名称:商业、商务楼(建筑退让地,作交通道路和绿化建设,不可建设任何建、构筑物)。二、拆迁地点和范围:越秀区法政路51号。三、拆迁人:广州粤财房地产开发有限公司。四、拆迁实施单位:广州市第四建筑工程有限公司。五、拆迁期限延期至:2016年3月26日止。
