基层推荐“用爱育人,用心育人”是我校青年教师王伟的座右铭。任教五年来,她勤奋好学,善于钻研,勇于探索,在小学数学教学中逐步形成了“兴趣中学习、体验中感悟、探索中创新”的教学特色。在“以学生发展为本”教育理念的指引下,她的数学课堂成为了学生发展自我、张扬个性的天地,充满着生命的活力。1.注重教学情境的创设,激发学生兴趣《数学课程标准》强调:要让学生在现实的情境中和已有经验和知识的基础上体验和理解数学知识。
Grass-roots recommended “love with people, hard-hearted people” is the motto of our young teachers Wang Wei. After teaching for five years, she is studious, good at studying and being brave in exploring. Gradually her teaching characteristics of “learning in interest, feeling in experience, and exploring in innovation” have been gradually formed in elementary mathematics teaching. Guided by the education concept of “student development oriented”, her math classroom has become a world where students develop themselves and their individuality, full of vitality of life. 1. Focus on creating teaching situations and arousing students’ interest. The “Mathematics Curriculum Standard” emphasizes that students should be allowed to experience and understand mathematics knowledge based on actual situations and existing experiences and knowledge.
