现代人最缺少的是什么?仁者见仁,智者见智,说法不一。有人认为最短缺的是时间,一个人每天要做的事情实在太多,最希望吝啬的时间老人能慷慨地一天恩赐25小时。但也有人强调最缺乏的是亲情,人们终日为工作、为生活忙得晕头转向,夫妻的沟通、家庭的团聚显得太少……。可当我把这样一个复杂问题交给亚力山大企业集团董事长唐雅君来解答时,她根本不用考虑,脱口而出两个字:健康。而面对“如何才能健康”的追问,她的回答更绝,仅一个字:跳!跳,一年四季,男女老少皆适宜,只要学会跳,坚持跳,就能跳出一片健康活力。
