1 埋刮板输送机存在的问题 从图1可以看出其问题所在: (1)其上、下道轨系用δ=6mm的扁铁制成,磨损速度 较快,运转仅1月就几乎磨光; (2)下道轨磨损后,刮板便与机壳底部直接接触,致使 底部机壳很快被磨透。 2 埋刮板机结构的改进措施 (1)去除原结构中的上、下道轨(图2); (2)用16组托轮替代原结构的上道轨,既可起到承托 作用,又消除了原道轨磨损快的弊端;
