内眼手术并发角膜后弹力层脱离罕见,如果处理不及时,难以恢复有用的视力。笔者于1986年收治1例左眼老年性白内障术后并发后弹力层脱离,现报告于下。患者刘××男75岁住院号8614311986年3月13日以左眼老年性白内障收入住院。3月24日在局麻下行左眼白内障囊内摘除术。手术顺利,术后结膜下注射庆大霉素2万单位,地塞米松2mg。术后第七天拆结膜瓣缝线,视力0.08。术后第8天,术眼疼痛,视物不清,视力眼前手动。角膜上皮水
