Taking the application of the three elements of force in table tennis as an entry point, the paper focuses on the physics principles involved in the service and the mechanics problems that affect the trajectory after serve. Mastering the principle of physics and applying it to table tennis can effectively improve the performance of ping-pong and the precision of hitting the ball. It is also an important factor in the daily training and competition skills upgrading.
