主要介绍建立音乐数字图书馆原型中的三项关键技术，即乐曲数字化、乐曲和音乐的检索和网上传播。具体将中国民族音乐简谱转化为数字化的五线谱，建立转换程序，让国外不懂简谱的音乐专家，了解中国民族音乐；建立一个乐曲的全曲检索系统，提出解决该问题的若干新概念；初步实现可供在因特网上访问的音乐数据库全文检索的试验系统，建立音乐数字图书馆的数据库结构并提出若干乐曲的样例。
Mainly introduces the three key technologies in the establishment of music digital library prototypes, that is, digitalization of music, retrieval of music and music, and online transmission. To concretely convert the musical notation of Chinese national music into a digitized staff notation, set up conversion procedures so that foreign music experts who do not know the notations can understand Chinese national music, establish a system of querying songs in the whole song, and put forward some new concepts to solve the problem. A trial system for full-text retrieval of music databases accessed on the Internet, a database structure for music digital libraries, and examples of a number of music compositions.
