2007年以来,受欧美地区暖冬,取暖用油需求下降,及美国成品油库存大幅增加等因素影响,国际市场油价出现大幅回落。1月11日,WTI原油期货价格降至2005年6月以来的最低点每桶51．9美元。根据国际市场油价变化情况,国家发展改革委决定,自2007年1月14日起将汽油价格每吨降低220元。同时,航空煤油出厂价格每吨降低90元。
Since 2007, due to the warm winter in Europe and the United States, the demand for heating oil dropped, and the sharp increase in inventories of US oil products, the oil price in the international market dropped sharply. January 11, WTI crude oil futures prices fell to the lowest point since June 2005, 51.9 US dollars a barrel. According to the changes in oil prices in the international market, the National Development and Reform Commission decided to reduce gasoline prices by 220 yuan per tonne from January 14, 2007 onwards. At the same time, aviation kerosene ex-factory price reduced 90 yuan per ton.
