教师聘任制成为师资队伍管理的主要构成部分,也体现出教育人事制度管理与改革的所需。高校通过转变过去教师任用方式,创建公平、公正、择优、竞争的全新聘任管理机制,聘任制教师成为高职院校教师团队的中坚力量。但高职院校对聘任制教师的管理依然存在不足,应当进一步深化改革,建立健全更加科学合理高效的管理机制,更好地发挥聘任制教师在高职教育中的积极作用。
