Comparing with the intelligent neuron model and the traditional neuron model, it discusses the composition principle of the intelligent neural network system, gives the basic model of the intelligent neural network development system, and concretely elaborates each of the basic models of the intelligent neural network development system component. Using intelligent neural network development system, researchers can more easily develop neural network applications.
