以“金属的化学性质”一节课的三次变迁为例,“85后”教师通过研究学生关注群体特征、挖掘教材寻找课堂亮点、修炼自身提升专业发展三种策略设计出符合“00后”学生发展规律和需求的初中化学课堂新形式。
